A Beijing friend is part of an investor group that is opening a high end duck restaurant in Beijing CBD. Last night at a birthday party he was telling us that the menu would also include seafood but not shark fin. He said they wanted to be environmentally friendly and, as at least one of his investors is a powerful entertainment industry figure, needed to avoid any bad publicity.
