Xi has been busy this week, chairing the Central Urban Work Conference, holding a collective discussion with foreign ministers visiting for the SCO Foreign Ministers gathering, meeting individually with Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov, and hosting a discussion with Australian Prime Minister Albanese.
