Great interview on Spreaker. A couple of thoughts bouncing around my head when it comes to the NBA v CCP:
- Is the NBA content to let one of its teams (the Rockets) bear the brunt of the CCP’s wrath (not showing their games or selling their merchandise) alone? Where is the solidarity?
- I think the NBA has gotten a bit of a pass here so far...yes they’ve made public statements upholding the rights of free speech but the fact that no member of the NBA seems to be willing to even mention China now makes me think there is a different message being sent internally.
