Does anyone have any idea why Li Keqiang was not referred to as “Premier 国务院总理李克强” in the readout last week from the 2021 Central Economic Work Conference (CEWC)? He was referred to as “Premier 国务院总理李克强” in the readout of the 2020 CEWC. Kudos to Alexander Pevner for pointing this out on Twitter:
