1. 2025 China Development Forum - The theme of this year’s CDF was "Unleashing Development Momentum for Stable Growth of Global Economy". Premier Li was the most senior official to attend. Xinhua said the key messages in Li’s keynote speech included “China will continue to welcome enterprises from around the world with open arms, further expand market access, actively address the concerns of businesses, and facilitate the deeper integration of foreign-funded enterprises into the Chinese market.” He also said that “We have preparations for possible unexpected shocks, which of course mainly come from external sources”, though that seems to have not made it into the propaganda reports about his speech.
