Thanks for this interview. It was really good to hear an honest appraisal of anti Chinese racism in Canada as well as omnipresent red baiting from someone truly in the know.
Naming those who have been detained or have otherwise sufferred and been relatively forgotten was appreciated.
It would've been nice to hear about what Kovrig/International crisis group were up to in China as wells NED in Hong Kong and how those activities feed the security policies of Beijing.
It would be good to hear more about the background or history of China/Western relations and how that does or doesn't feed Beijing's position.
