Interesting side note on tariffs/ trade war - at meetings at Chinese Ministry of Education last week representing a European country's education system, repeatedly reminded that Chinese students in US contribute >$12bn to US economy and this should move to Europe. Perhaps just a pitch, but communicated with some passion from PRC side.
