Just some feedback which is meant to be constructive: I'll continue to suggest Sinocism to those who might have genuine interest, but even if I expected a 100% conversion on such referrals (which would not be reasonable), this is an insufficient incentive to go out of my way, and I would assume this to be true if most who are willing to pay the not insignificant subscription rate for a specialist news source.
I was going to suggest this might possibly be less true of those who follow the PRC for a living, but as those other than self-employed analysts would presumably be passing the cost on to their employer, I'm still not seeing this as any motivation beyond wanting to support a news source I value or wanting to share quality news with friends or colleagues.
